In my attempts to make this blog more exciting, I have tried to add different elements to my page. Some I like (the ones you see on my page); some would have made me look like a fanatic about certain things or just plain weird. Now, for those of you who know me well, you know that I am a bit fanatical and weird, but I figure the whole world doesn't need to know all the dirty little details. Stay tuned for more updates as I fine tune this blog.

Nearly a full year has passed since I last blogged. It has been quite an eventful year filled with every day tasks and stresses. I have learned much this year, but I won't bore you with the mind numbing details. But as I read the blogs of several family members, I am motivated to try again to blog. One of the things I have learned is how to upload pictures and even make movies. I know, I know - those things are so last century. I'm a little slow, but I've finally caught up. I also got a new camera for Christmas, so watch for photos soon.
