And in the process of getting over not getting my way, I discovered something about myself (which I probably knew all along. I just didn't want to acknowledge it).
I discovered that I like to be in charge because then I get my way - either through persausion or coersion. It doesn't really matter to me which way, as long as I get what I want.
What a painful discovery!
I publicly apologize to those of you I have run over to get what I want.
