November 1, 2011 - As I lie awake in the wee hours of the morning, worrying about our mailbox (was it knocked over again this year?) and thinking "Did I remember to lock the car? I hope no one has broken into it.", I also remembered that it's November. I can't believe it's November. Time for One-a-day Gratitude.
And then I checked this blog. I haven't been here since March. Where has the time gone?
But back to the here and now. Today, I am grateful for the beautiful weather we enjoyed for trick-or-treating last night. It was beautiful! And we are overloaded with candy. Can't think of a better way to spend the evening than a 2.5 hr walk around the neighborhood with my girls. Heaven!
I am also grateful that the mailbox
didn't get demolished
and that I remembered to lock
the car.
